It is about time Cary had a Wine bar like this. My visit to Unwine'd was relaxing in an atmosphere that allowed me to enjoy quality wine and carry on a conversation without having to scream. Love it.

This was one of the worst restaurants I've been to. The atmosphere was unattractive although that could have easily been overlooked with good wine and food. The wine list is pretty dull for a restaurant that's supposed to be a wine bar. I would expect descriptions on the menu of each wine and beautiful glasses to drink from. This would entice you to hang out and drink more (marketing 101). Both were nonexistent. The food was basically bar food. You would also think wine suggestions would be paired with menu choices...again...no. Our service was really poor. There were several of us and our entree's did not come out all at once. It was about 10 minutes before everyone was served. Several of us had empty water glasses for over 20 minutes. We were never offered dessert and when I asked for coffee I was told THEY DIDN"T HAVE A COFFEE MAKER! Are you kidding me? You open a restaurant without a coffee maker? They did say they planned on getting one and offering cappuccino and expresso. If you want to try this restaurant you may want to go soon. I can't imagine it will be open much longer.
