Today was my second visit to this restaurant. I dined in the first time and ordered out today. The service eating in was very slow. I allowed for this since the place was only opened a short time. The food was okay, nothing spectacular and the prices was on the high side for the quality of food. My take out experience was a nightmare. My order was not difficult but it was somewhat large. It did arrive in a somewhat timely manner which was a pleasant surprise. Upon arriving home, I realized about a third of my order was missing. I tried calling the restaurant several times and was unable to make contact. I drove back to the restaurant and they were all apologetic and they did finally complete my order. While waiting, I encounteresd several other customers waiting who also had complaints. I overheard one woman demanding the corporate phone number. Once home with my order, I found the fries and onion rings uneatable due to a rancid oily taste. Mostr of my wings had gotten cold waiting to get the rest of my order. I don't think I will be giving East Coast another chance to disappopint.
